Technology Assessment & Integration

Develop a Business Case for new technology by considering current organization business processes and describing extent to which emerging technology will improve those processes, including ROI.  Describe Minimal Viable Product (MVP) that includes an analysis of how existing IT infrastructure will support the MVP and extent to which infrastructure upgrades are needed to support it.  Finalize Technology Integration Roadmap consisting a detailed plan for developing, testing, and integrating MVP into existing business environment.
